In order to simplify the navigation process, I proceeded with a Heuristic Evaluation which allowed me to discover specific problems encountered on the website. I removed unseful information, images and links from the home page. I re-organized contains by grouping them into the right sections and I moved the mission on the top of the home page because it remains one of the most important thing that users wanted to read when they were completing tasks on the ED Website.
